Buying a home in a new town is tough! Doing it on a lake where houses sell so fast and you live 90 minutes away makes it 100 times harder! But not when you have Tara!!! She was absolutley the best. I will never use another agent other than Tara. We tried to sell our home ourselves for far too long before calling her. Her knowledge of the market and her amazing negotiation skills are what finally got our home sold. We tried for a year, she had it sold within a month. We encountered some issues with the buyer's lender and Tara was able to come up with creative solutions to get things done.
